The sensational Carroll Foundation Trust and parallel Gerald 6th Duke of Sutherland Trust multi-billion dollar corporate identity theft offshore tax evasion fraud bribery scandal has revealed the Kent Police Service former Chief Constable Michael Fuller who was also a former Chief Inspector of the Crown Prosecution Service is understood to be continuing to confront serious criminal allegations in this case of international importance.
